I have parent approval but I cant access my game

I'm underage and my Dad is my account approver. I asked for a game - Skate 3 - and he approved it and paid for it. He sent me a screen grab. But I still can't load it. My account is telling me my only option is to subscribe or buy it again. I tried to buy it again using my mum's CC (with permission) and it says I need permission. I hit 'ask permission' and it says 'looks like you E already got permission for this game' - awesome!! But when I go back to download it, the only options are to subscribe or buy it. And so I enter a vicious circle.

I have screen shots of every phase, and a screen shot of the purchase approval. It's an M rated game but I have other M-rated games.

Any suggestions? Live chat doesn't open for another 6 hours.

We noticed that this thread was tagged to Cloud Gaming, are you trying to play the Beta release of Skate 3?
- If yes, you will need to have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate before you can play any games available in Xbox Cloud Gaming - Beta.

dude i feel ur pain same shxt happening to me atm im 19 why do i need parent approval?... for terms of use doesnt make any sense why they cant just take the parental approval off.

The refund was processed and approved by Microsoft. Refunds shouldnt be given if thats the case, but the refund was approved and now I cant access vital in-game mechanics until I pay a ransom. The lack of foresight to facilitate a refund isnt my fault. Are you suggesting it is? The refund was approved, and now 3 years of grinding is locked behind a paywall.

My suggestion is to create a parent child assignment feature so that you can control not only access but payment options. In other words, when a child wants to buy something it emails/texts the parents account which could automatically approve/bill or reject
without giving access to information that should be private. This should also allow a passkey/additional code for purchases. If they have access to the account (approved or not), you should be able to add a secondary security code as an additional security
measure.
