Discus and support I have paid multiple times for my gamertags to be changed and and everytime i connect to a... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I paid to change my gamertag and when i want to use my old gamertag it says its taken, but its not.     I paid to change my gamertag and when i want to use my old gamertag it says its taken, but its not. The issue is 2 gamertags is assigned to one account .

    I went onto my other account and changed its name to a new name so i can use its original gamertag on a new account and yet again that name is assigned to the same account.

    Iv now paid over £23.97

    When changing a gamertag it states quote, " This will replace _____. Once you confirm the change, ______ will be available to others.

    So why is it when i search my old name my new gamertag account shows up?

    Tem is not paid, he is a gamer just like you and me. There are multiple times throughout the Xbox lifespan that you must agree to new terms. I assume you kept clicking agree everytime a change was made.

    I have paid multiple times for my gamertags to be changed and and everytime i connect to a virtual agent they disconnected and i have to repeat the long process, twice now this has happened.

    I understand how confusing this issue can be! As far as I'm aware, you can only have one Xbox profile per Microsoft account. Where do you see multiple gamertags?

    Sometimes, it takes time for previously used gamertags to process before they become available again. Gamertag purchases are usually final, but you can try requesting a refund from Microsoft here:

    ive tried reddeming 2 800¤ codes but service error comes on everytime but i redeemed 12M Membership no problem but i dont have time to ring microsoft is there any other way of getting what i paid for i just want my gamertag changed

    Last night (29/6/2015 at around 11:45pm) The enforcement team changed my gamertag. I have had that gamertag for a long time and I paid to to get it. I want that gamertag back because there is no problem with that gamertag otherwise it would have been changed
    sooner. If you dont change it back, I demand a refund of the price I paid to get it.
