I have paid for xbox creators program but i was registered with windows and windows mobile...

There's a subscription and an 'app' you have to purchase/download off of the Microsoft Store and online in order to activate the developer console on an Xbox One. You can no longer just 'access' the dev console without purchasing the subscriptions and app.

Same, I would love to test that backward compatibility feature. It seems kind of silly that we cant actually just register for this program when I can and have registered for windows 10 windows phone etc.

And to which program I should register, is it the ID program that's free or the Creators program that ask a 19 dollar fee, cuz I've seen most videos talk about a fee they have to pay to have a dev account on the Xbox series x

Hello Everyone, I messaged the ID@Xbox team about this and got the following response

"The store front is undergoing some changes at the moment and those changes are not yet finished. We are aware that right now the Creators Program titles are not in a dedicated section but they can be found by searching for them or by purchasing
via the Windows Store app. This is not an optimal player experience and we are looking to change that so Creators Program titles are easier to find but I don’t have an ETA on when that will be. We absolutely intend to keep the Creators Program."

I hope we see some changes soon as our games have effectively disappeared
