    1 year of xbox live gold + 1month ea Access code problem

    Hello, this morning i have paid for a digital code which contains1 year of xbox live gold + 1month ea Access but when i enter this code on my xbox one, only the one month EA access have been recognized and nothing for the one year of gold. Please someone
    have encountered the same problem..? Thanks.

    Problem with EA Access subscription

    Hi,

    I have an EA Access subscription that was renewed recently for one year using my credit card, and is up to September/2016. My XBOX Live subscription is made with pre-paid cards.

    I bought a pre-paid XBOX Live card for 12 months subscription that cames with a EA Access 1 month subscription. Today I just redeemed both codes. My XBOX Live was added by 12 months, and now it is valid until 2018, but my already renewed EA Access membership
    was incorrectly canceled and just one month was added, being valid up to March/2016.

    This is just wrong and I wanna know how this can be fixed. It was not advised that the code redeem will cancel my previous membership. It's suposed to just add more one month, just like happens with my XBOX Live membership as described above.

    I just received an e-mail from Microsoft to confirm the membership cancellation and the one month subscription. This is really not right, what will make an user to want to cancel this that way?

    Waiting for a solution for this strange problem as soon as possible as I just paid for them.

    Yes there was a promotion on the Xbox dashboard that said play Fifa 17 first and when I clicked on it the promotion said that if I bought Xbox live I would be given 1 month of ea access for free so I clicked on the link to get Xbox live on the promotion
    page and paid for Xbox live and it said I would get the code for ea access sent to my Xbox message centre and I still haven't been given the code I've checked the message centre and my email and I haven't got it

    Basically Xbox done me a deal to buy Xbox live to get ea access so i bought 3 months of Xbox live and it said that I have to wait 7-10 day for a code for ea access and I already spoke to 2 people from Xbox
