    Missing $25 rewards from My VIP Vault

    Hi I just got off the phone with a agent and I had about 1300 gems and I bought a $25 visa pre paid code for 1000 gems and a $5 for 250 gems, I instantly received the $5 but not the $25 and I want to make sure that I do receive that visa pre paid code. I
    was worried that since Xbox is going to become Microsoft Rewards and not Xbox Rewrds that I won’t get it so please I didn’t spend 1000 gems for nothing.

    Gems don't actually have a monetary value. So when they are converted, they're converted as 1 credit.
    Really? thats a shame I asked them like 3 times on their twitter if I would get paid out $20 for the gems :/

    While you earn 1 MyVIP Gem per $1 spent, we only award those Gems in chunks of 10. If you are currently beneath a $10 amount of spending, then the remaining Gems have not been paid out yet.
