I have over 5k my credits prior to the 15th. It is the 17th and they have not been converted.

How much longer do I need to wait?

Also where it shows the my credits balance it states that "If you've got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below."

There is no date shown or a button to click on in order to make the request. I have looked all over the page.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    :)

  3. Xbox Live Rewards credits still not posted to my Microsoft Account.

I had 50,000 points earned and posted to my Xbox Live Rewards account on 12/06/2016. They still have not been converted to cash and deposited in my Microsoft account. The web page says this happens about the 15th and 30th of every month, so it should have
happened already. There is no button below the MyCredits progress bar (which shows 50,750 credits) to request a deposit. Can you help with this?

I have over 5k mycredits prior to the 15th. It is the 17th and they have not been converted.

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you already have over 5,000, they are already scheduled
for deposit so there is no need to request one.

Need to know about how the xbox creidts work

    MyCredits

Fill up the meter to trigger your next deposit. Once you’ve reached at least 5,000 Credits, we’ll convert them to your local currency and deposit them into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month. Tired of waiting? If you’ve got at least
1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below.

    You have 27,317 Credits

They would be scheduled to be deposited on April 12.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. There is no way to request a deposit for any earlier than what
    is scheduled.

    MyCredits Not Converting To Currency.

    Hello,

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Early Deposit Request button missing

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
I have over 10,000 waiting, 5,000 of that has been processing since around the 23rd of Feb so I'm not sure why that hasn't been converted yet.
