I have over 36000 points just sitting there and always says there's a problem with my account

Discus and support I have over 36000 points just sitting there and always says there's a problem with my account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 36000 points in my account as of now. I haven't had a deposit for months now. What's the issue and why all of a sudden it stopped? Please fix...     I have over 36000 points just sitting there and always says there's a problem with my account


    I have 36000 points in my account as of now. I haven't had a deposit for months now. What's the issue and why all of a sudden it stopped? Please fix this problem.

    ever time I try to download my account it always says "sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in."

    What happens to XBL Points?

    Took advantage of the many many sales on XBL points over the years and kinda just built it over time. I always hoped that like PSN, XBL would eventually get Day 1 digital downloads. My mind is more at ease now and hopefully XBOne will since it is a little
    over $700USD in point value just sitting there.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide some fixed deposits, like your deposit in June, at the moment we
    have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Yeah, I've cancelled loads of orders and they're always added back to my account immediately. The problem is that there always seems to be a better deal somewhere else these days, so they just sit there.
