Hi, I have not received any of the pre-order codes from pre-ordering Quantum Break for Xbox One. The chat person said to attach this ticket number [Mod Removed]. I am especially looking forward to receiving the Windows 10 code. Thanks!

Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake code missing!

On February 14, 2016, I purchased the quantum fracture has not received game changers from pre-order codes and the PC version of quantum exchange the broken code, please help me! I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me
