    I have not recived any points in a long time and I have bought games dlc gold and done a few preorders and nothing I would like to know why I'm not getting points

    Reward points not going to my account

    I've noticed since October of 2016 I have not been receiving any rewards points for games I have been purchasing digitally. By now it is probably over 30 dollars. I would like to know why they aren't being put onto my account.

    does not work since october 2016 ?!

    I pay for jigsaw for more than a year but it does not open since October 2016 i did ask Microsoft for Deinstallation and new Installation of Xbox .But this is not possible for me.It writes:you have to ask Xbox Support.The daily playing Shows a roundturning
    circle and does not open it seems like it does not work at all

    We are no longer rewarded for purchasing Xbox Live Gold since July 2014.

    The staff will review your account to see if there are any issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    You can see a record of your Rewards Credit activity from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. There you will see that you requested a deposit in October, which was deposited October 26, 2016. You subsequently spent this deposit on FIFA points on November
    11th.
