    I have not recieved the Gears of War Collection promotion with GoW4 purchase


    Hi, I bought Gears of War 4 and I have not recieved the previous Gears Of War titles yet.

    I am from Spain and I bought it from the Windows 10 store 19 days ago. As the promotion states

    HERE     I am entitled to recieve game codes for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement.

    I have been checking my emails and my xbox messages both from the computer web browser and from my xbox 360 console and I have also contacted xbox support on several occasions with no success. The last person I spoke with suggested me to post my issue on
    these forums.

    I hope it gets sorted out as soon as possible.

    I purchased the white 1tb gears of War bundle over a week ago and haven't recieved the free gears of War collection that was offered with the purchase.

    For the Gears of War collection it's seem that we will received the code within 7-10 days of purchase (See this

    thread    ). I have buy the game on 8. oct. so I'm still waiting 4 days.

    But like you I don't have GoW4 on my inventory of games on Xbox.com and I don't know why.

    It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

    Finally, all pre-order customers will receive the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One. This includes all four previous games – Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment –

    Hey there ListPrivate,

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
