    hi, monday the 27th march, my xbox serise x is ready to be sent in for repair but i havn,t received a e-mail with the shipping label and its not in my acount as the e-mail said their would be a copy. iv looked through my e-mails/ including junk to see if its come but it thiers nothing thier. its been two days now and i,v tried to request a call but every time it says theirs something wrong on their end try again later.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Since it's past 24-48 hours, you need to contact the Xbox Support for assistance in getting your shipping label.

    Try to contact them via chat. Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us > click on Contact us > choose Subscription & billing > I don't recognize a charge > describe your issue > Next > See contact options > Chat online.

    Sorry Geth, but this link got me nowhere. I have been trying for months to get this resolved, with well intentioned people pointing me in various directions, all going around & round in circles. The MS chatbots cannot help with the propblem, so they direct
    me to a 'person', which directs me to xBox live and I end up here.

    I even took the unit back to the retailer (JB HIFI) I bought it from, but they said it is quicker if I go direct through MS Support. There is no Microsoft store in Melbourne, so another dead end.

    All I need to know is the address for the Microsoft xBox repair centre in Sydney, and I'll pay for my own courier to be shipped there.
