I have not recieved my reward points for pre-ordering Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.

Hi, I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition when they had a promotion of giving away 15,000 reward credits for making that purchase and have not been credited with those points to my account.

Halo Wars DE code has not arrived not yet

I didn't recieved my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. I purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition Pre-Order December 17.

I still haven't gotten my halo wars defenitive edition code from pre ordering halo wars 2 ultimate edition. Help

 

There have not been any offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing that game. If you preordered it on or after January 1, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete that offer
and receive the credits.

 

I am not aware of a recent promotion for only purchasing that title. There is a current promotion that offers 15,000 for pre-ordering 3 digital games on the eligible list (including Halo Wars 2) and if you are a US member there is a promotion for the PHYSICAL
disc for 15,000 if you pre-order from microsoftstore.com.

If you did do the 2nd one (physical disc from microsoftstore.com) those points are not deposited until 10-15 business days AFTER the title launches.

 

That offer ended December 31, 2016, so it would not be valid for Halo 2.

The only offer that purchase was eligible for was December's A Rewards Story. However, that offer required the completion of three "chapters" of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive Credits. Since you only completed one Chapter, you did not
complete the offer, and did not receive Credits.
