I have not recieved my code for 1 month of EA Access

Discus and support I have not recieved my code for 1 month of EA Access in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 Ultimate edition, it said it came with a 1 month EA access code within 10 days to my message center.     I have not recieved my code for 1 month of EA Access


    I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 Ultimate edition, it said it came with a 1 month EA access code within 10 days to my message center. It has yet to show up.

    i preordered Battlefield 1 and the promtional offer was that you get one month free of ea access however i never recieved a message like it said. When i preordered it said For a limited time pre-order Battlefield™ 1 and receive a code for one month
    of EA Access*. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem your EA Access code by November 3, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    but i have not recieved any messages.

    I pre ordered FIFA 17 super deluxe edition from the Xbox store, I have recieved my code for a months free of EA access but I have not received my codes for the DLC (packs, loan players and kits)

    When did you pre-order Battlefield 1? As you noted, it can take up to 10 days to receive your promotional code. As an example, if you ordered on September 12, 2016, you could expect to receive your code sometime between September 19-22, 2016.

    Let us know! I have not recieved my code for 1 month of EA Access :)
