    I have not recieved any Gears of War 4 promotional gear packs


    Hi! Gears of War 4 began a promotion that awards season pass holders with free gear packs. The problem is I haven't recieved any from this series. I've been in contact with Microsoft Support and they made me aware that the forums would be the best way to
    solve my issue, please help!

    Gears of war 4 Pre order content missing

    I was told by xbox support to post here. I pre ordered gears of war 4 on the 10th, downloaded it the 11th. When I go play I am not able to find my pre order content.

    The only thing I recieved was the gears of war: ultimate edition character pack. None of the gears of war 4 content is accessible to me. I had already made one post about this but it is either deleted or it vanished because when I go to view my posts it
    is gone. I would appreciate the items that I paid for. Thank you.

    I am missing the Brothers to the end gear pack and also the vintage del gear pack

    When you open Gears of War 4 and hit the 'View' button on your controller to pull up the store, navigate over to, "My Packs" and see what's listed. You should see your bundle packs there.

    Let us know. I have not recieved any Gears of War 4 promotional gear packs :)

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
