Discus and support I have not recieved and points on my account I and I have got many games I signed up in 2014 ... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I signed up to Xbox rewards in 2014 and have only received 250 points when I have baught many Xbox games on the store and have not received any points...     I have not recieved and points on my account I and I have got many games I signed up in 2014 ...


    I signed up to Xbox rewards in 2014 and have only received 250 points when I have baught many Xbox games on the store and have not received any points other points than the 250. I really need help please!

    I am outraged that I don't receive any reward points

    I am unable to receive any reward points when I have signed up in 2014. I have recieved no points for any of the purchases I only have 250 points.. Please can you help me find out why!

    What offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
    rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing. Achievements will only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them.
