Gears of War and Star Wars BF Promos

I have not received my promotions for 2 separate game purchases, Gears of War Ultimate Edition and Star Wars Battlefront.

Both promotions involved preordering the games and you would receive a $10 gift card code in 10-15 days once the game has shipped.

I purchased Gears on 08/19/2015 and Star Wars on 11/17/2015 and have not received either $10 gift code (and I have not received any type of credit in my Xbox Rewards Live account in place of the Xbox gift code).

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Hello. I am eligible but never received my codes. I posted this message on the xbox support forum that is linked but got no response. This is the exact copy of the message: "Hello. I bought the Gears of War Ultimate Edition Xbox one bundle and played Gears

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!

Having only played the demo of Gears of War Judgement. It's really fun and the new controller layout with moving weapon changes to the (Y) button takes some effort to adjust to. With all the changes that were made in Gears of War Judgement. It seems like
Epic were trying for a more arcade style of game play with this Gears of War video game than with 1, 2, or 3.

I have played and I'm a huge fan all 3 Gears of War video games. In my opinion since the story in "Gears of War Judgement" takes place before the main story line of Gears 1, 2 and 3 the changes in game play really don't ruin the Gears of War franchise. When
I have the extra money I'll buy "Gears of War Judgement" but I'm still going to play Gears of War 3 more than any of the other Gears of War video games.

I went with the Gears of War limited edition controller, it included some downloadable skins for the game. I don't know if any other controllers have any incentives. The only downside right now, there's no Gears of War limited edition play and charge kit
for it.
