    I have not received the promotional code Quantum break (pre sale)


    I made the purchase on March 22, last week I received the code for the game "Alan Wake's American Nightmare," but still missing the game Alan Wake and the game Quantum Break for PC.

    You should receive the codes within the next 7-10 days (really 6-9 at this point). If you don't get them after that, you'll need to post back here.

    I pre-ordered the digital Quantum Break game on Feb 11, the day they revealed all the promotions and the bundle. I received code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare by Feb 20. Haven't got the other codes yet. Hoping I will be among the first wave of codes
    sent out.

    As Smwutches stated above, codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break will be sent out 7-10 days after Quantum Breaks release. If it has been over 10 days and you have not received your code, please create a new thread. Thanks in advance!
