I have not received the Forza Horizon 3 Pre-order $10 Microsoft Store gift code

"Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release"

I have not received the email and I would like to use the $10 on the NHL17 discount this week. Chat support directed me here after being unable to find a solution. How can I either get the email resent or receive a credit to my account before the sale ends?

Forza Horizon 3 GT350r Pre Order code not received.

I pre ordered Forza Horizon 3 form the Microsoft store and have not received my code for the Gt350r yet.

I still have not received my pre order gift card code for Horizon 3.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind, if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 code.

Is that listed in the fine print or something? This is important information I wish I knew before wasting everyone's time.

the Microsoft Store website was never updated to include that offer, but it is listed on the Rewards program website and has been emailed to members a couple of times.

I have not received a code for the warthog or pre order car despite me owning halo the master chief collection and pre ordering Forza horizon 3 deluxe edition on the Xbox store. I have received codes before in the past like the Chrysalis Rocket 69 and le
mans ford GT for Forza 6. and the codes are not in the in game messages as some people have suggested.

No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

Mister Maka I never received the code for the warthog or pre order car in the first place I have been looking in my messages every day but still have received no code for either the warthog or pre order car. I own halo the master chief collection and I pre
ordered forza horizon 3 deluxe edition from the xbox store so I should of received both codes for the cars by now.

Because I was told by Microsoft that if I pre-ordered Ryse, Deadrising 3, or Forza 5 day one editions that I would receive a $10 digital gift card code. Its all over the net, check for your self.
