Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days. I bought the game on November 10, 2015. I have not yet received the code.

As the title says, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 11 days ago and have yet to receive my code for Dark souls 1.

I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

Support will check on your EA Access code (keep in mind you should receive it about 7-10 days after purchase), but the Gears codes have not been sent out yet. Thise will go out closer to launch.
