I have not received the bonus 3 months of Xbox Live from January Promo

Hello,

I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live from Xbox.com on Jan 18 (Order # 5085845222) as part of a promotion to buy 3 months and get an extra 3 months to give to a friend to play together.

I believe it should have been delivered by now via the Xbox Messenger but I have not received the promo code yet.

I was advised to post here for a resolution. I appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Purchase 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and Receive an Additional 3 months issue

There was a promo in January That stated if I Buy 3 months of xbox live i'll get an additional 3 months and I was suppose to receive an message with the codes. However I never received them.

 

3 games for 3 months live Xbox One promo

I purchased 3 games (Killer Instinct $20.00 game/add on, Max, and Powerstar Golf on Dec. 26, 2013) from the 3 games for 3 months promo offered back at the end of last year for XB one and have still not received my 3 months XB live. I was told by customer
support to post my problem here to be sure I would get my promo reward. I remember the promo stating that the 3 month live code would be sent to my email at the end of January and I still have yet to receive it. However, the customer support member stated
it normally takes 6-8 wks. for a promo code/game to be sent, which contradicts the original timeframe of the last week of January. When will I be receiving my 3 month live code for this promo?

 

The same is with me,I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live from Xbox.com on Jan 24,2018.t said will offer 3 month for free before 3.15.But I have not
received the promo code.Than you~
