    $10 MS Gift Card Not Received w/purchase of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

    I purchased the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition. I have received the preorder
    2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 S Coupe through Xbox messages on 9/23/16 along with the 2016 Ford Mustang GT350R gift through email on 9/30/16. I have not received the $10.00 MS store gift code that was supposed to be delivered through email within
    10 days of the game release.

    It has now been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the $10.00 MS store gift code. The end of my receipt states:

    Haven't received my $10 Gift card from two purchases I made on the Microsoft Store.

    Microsoft Xbox Service Reference Number:1358866957



    I bought both Fifa 17 and Forza Horizon 3 on the Microsoft Store and was supposed to receive two $10 gift cards through email within 10 days of the games release. It is now past those 10 days and I still havent received any email with gift card codes
    in them.

    All of your download codes (including the gift card) should be displayed there. If not, please check the email address associated with your account, and also check the spam folder in case it is in there.

    If you don't see the code where Eden suggested, you will need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them. Also keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the
