I have not received one off my orders

I already received an email saying my Pre-Order from BestBuy is ready to pick up. I will have to wait till I get off work, but it says it is ready...

I have pre-ordered, and installed Dark Souls 3 on my Xbox One. I pre-ordered this last Tuesday and have NOT received my code for the Dark Souls download for the Xbox One. It's been well over 7-10 days since my pre-order was placed. Any help?

Hi i sent a repair off to Microsoft through my warranty and service order says it has 30 days to be received by them or it will be cancelled. Well I sent the item and paid for it to be tracked but unfortunately it has been stuck in Germany since
22 April and now my service order has been cancelled and say my service order number will not work because it has gone over the 30 days. I don't know how to contact Microsoft as it only ever says chat and calls are turned off, and not sure what happends now
when and if they receive it. Does anyone have any advice or any idea what will happen. Thanks very much.

Have you had an update since? I have a similar issue, with UPS tracking showing my device was delivered on the 28th May but no update on the service order showing the device was received. I'm happy to be patient, but would like some reassurance that the
package was successfully received by Microsoft and not lost.

I did have an Xbox One pre ordered with Zavvi (from back in May) which was ordered using a promo code they sent me in May. I had previously received the email stating I would be getting a Day One edition of the console.

Today to my surprise I received an email from Zavvi saying they were cancelling my order due to it having a promo code assigned to the order. Despite asking them to just remove the promo code they have totally cancelled my order and the most helpful they
could be was to tell me to place a new order (and by doing so miss out on a Day One edition and receiving it on launch day).

Luckily I have managed to get a Day One edition bundle from Simply Games which will arrive on launch day. Needless to say I will never be using (or recommending) Zavvi again!
