Discus and support I have not received MyVIP Gems for completing a monthly survey. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; MyVIP gem balance is showing to be 2, but I have completed 2 monthly surveys.     I have not received MyVIP Gems for completing a monthly survey.


    MyVIP gem balance is showing to be 2, but I have completed 2 monthly surveys. The faq says that you will earn 2 gems per survey you complete so the balance should be 4 gems. The faq said I should notify you within 15 days of the reward date. The reward
    date was 10/10/17. Thank you.

    Didnt get my reward . 10 MyVIP GEMS reward for challenge Prospector

    Hello .

    There is a challenge to complete ."Prospector: We asked, you told! Complete 3 of our monthly surveys in a row to grab your Reward."

    the reward is 10 MyVIP GEMS.

    I completed 10 months survey in a row but i didnt get the reward .i did get 250 ponits for every monthly survey but for this challenge the reward is 10 MyVIP GEMS and ididnt get it .

    Why ?

    From the FAQ:

    How do I collect my MyVIP Gems?



    It depends on how you earn them. If a MyVIP Gem is earned for completing a MyChallenge or as a Reward for a MyVIP Perk like your birthday, Xbox Live Rewards anniversary, Gamerscore increase, or MyAchievements tier, you’ll be notified by email and will
    then have 60 days to claim them on the MyRewards page.


    However, gems earned by clicking on an email, completing a monthly offer, or making digital purchases in the Microsoft Store will be automatically added to your MyVIP Gem balance. Please note that gems earned by making purchases or by completing an offer
    on the site can take up to 96 hours to appear in your gem balance.

    We see that this perk is still awaiting your claim on the MyRewards page.

    Hi dpayton. The Gems program began October 1, 2017. Since there has only been one survey after that date, you were awarded the correct amount.

    just another thing that as soon as you start enjoying and using it,its gone.

    What about it sucks??

    I think the change to Microsoft rewards has been a nice smooth change over with a ton of added features and chances at more reward points.

    You have a chance at getting a fair amount of points daily and they now have an Xbox Rewards app that can help you score even more points.

    A lot of selection in rewards/sweepstakes.
    No MyVIP Star Rank, No MyVIP Gems,no, MyVIP Perks no MyStats, No MyVIP Badges, no Mychallanges.. no Features Monthly offers, no Monthly survey ,

    It completely sucks ..

    10. MyVIP Vault
    11. MyChallenges


    Since the MyChallenges are ending on May 31st, since you will not have completed this MyChallenge, it will not be Rewarded.
