I have not received my Xbox Rewards for Rogue One, more than 96 hours

Hi, I bought Rogue One on March 24, with the special 3,000 Rewards points bonus. My reward points are still not credited and it has been more than 96 hours, and there is nothing in Pending.

No Virtual Keys or Xbox Rewards Credits for Purchase of Forza 7

I purchased Forza 7 on 10/01/17 and have not received my virtual keys or 5000 rewards credits. I waited more than 96 hours for them to be posted before contacting support.

The Credits are currently pending in your account as of last night. Please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, and that we work off the UTC time zone. Since your purchase was made on the 24th, it was not Rewarded
until the 28th.

Per the offer's FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released.
If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#missions

Since you have only played five hours or more in Gems of War, you only have one punch for this offer. However, note that as stated in our FAQ it can take 96 hours for activity to be processed for Rewarding:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

So if you have only recently played time in Free to Play titles, we may not have received that data at the current time.
