    Hello, I lodged a warranty claim on the 24th of June to replace my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I have since not received the shipping label nor been able to get a legitimate answer from any of the Microsoft support. I have tried everything ranging from going into my devices and looking for the “get shipping label” but it is not there.

    Kindly check your spam and junk folders on your email just in case you have received it there.

    If the shipping label can't be found, you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox Support again as they have the tools to create and send you the shipping label via email.

    You need to pack the controller in a box, print the shipping label (if you haven't received it yet, you will receive it within 48 hours) and stick the label in the box and take it to the company that was selected for shipping. If you selected UPS, you have to take it to a UPS center for shipping.

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
