    I have not received my rewards for Game pass


    I participated in the Xbox Game Pass Goals Prize Draw back in Sept. but I have not received any rewards for it. I don't know why I havent but I have friends who have got their rewards weeks ago.

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

    Anytime you refer to something as a reward, they automatically assume you're referring to the rewards program. but for assistance with dashboard promotions you have to go through the sales and promotions forum.

    October game pass rewards

    Hey there,

    Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.
