I have not received my rewards cards

Discus and support I have not received my rewards cards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed reward points for 2 $5.00 cards, 1 on march 7th, the other on march 9th.     I redeemed reward points for 2 $5.00 cards, 1 on march 7th, the other on march 9th. I've contacted customer support 3 times via phone, and email each. 2 calls said that they seen the credit purchases, and that I need to wait 96 hours
    for it to post on my xbox live account. It's been over 2 weeks, and the third call said that they had no purchase history at all, of the 2 $5.00 dollar cards. It took my points, and I have redeemed the MAX for the month, which is 2. I have not received the
    $10.00 dollar credit, and I keep getting the run around! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME! THANKYOU!

    Xbox live rewards points not migrated

    good morning, i have ordered a gift card 5€ With my gems but i not received nothing. In addition, my xbox live reward point and my gems has not been migrated to the new microsoft rewards program. Why?

    If it was Microsoft Rewards points you redeemed for Xbox gift cards, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate.

    If it was VIP gems you redeemed, Rewards support will check on them here for you. If they were gift cards they would have been emailed to you. If they were for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending in on the Xbox Rewards site, but the credits
    would not be deposited into your account for use until the 29th.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Have not gotten my rewards

    Hi it can take a while for rewards to be received for example I received my points 6 after completing the first punch card, I am certain they will arrive in time.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from Xbox Rewards). Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
