I have bought preorder Rainbow Six Siege 30 november 2015. But I have not received my Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code yet. 10 calendar days is over.

On Your Uplay account () no registered game Rainbow Six Siege, only a beta version.

If You purchased the game at Microsoft (Xbox), You have to contact their support and explain that You have not received a code for Rainbow Six Siege Vegas 2.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to monitor or directly influence the transaction in the Microsoft. For this reason, we are unable to provide You with additional code."

I have not received my rainbow six Vegas or rainbow six Vegas 2 codes. And yes I have already checked my xbox messages.

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

Hello, i have received my codes for rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 via xbox messaging however the rainbow six vegas 2 code was exactly the same as the rainbow six vegas 1 code, which i have redeemed. could support help me with this issue please as i really would
have liked both games considering it was one of my main reasons for pre-ordering siege.
