I have not received my promotion code in my email

I saw a post on Facebook for a gamerscore discount code so I filled it out and I was able to get a $65 code and would receive it in my email in 30 minutes but I have yet to receive it I was wondering what happened to it and I did the promotion like 9 hours

Xbox LIVE Dashboard promotion for 12 month GOLD subscription renewal

I only use my Windows LIVE ID and don't have any preferred email addresses on my account. Still no promotion points have been added to my account and haven't received an email with a code. Thanks.

Do you happen to be located in Canada? Have you tried checking your spam/junk mail folders on your email that is tied to your Xbox Live account? I recommend checking through those and if you're unable to locate the code, post back here to let us know!

It was a promotion done by Microsoft. You can see all info for it on the xbox home screen. Promotion is to play Halo 4 multiplayer before the date of November 20, 2012 and you will be emailed a code to unlock 6 character specializations. My friends have
received their codes and I do believe I may have deleted my by accident. Is there a way to receive another or be given a code for this??
