On May 6 I took 5 euros with my myvip point normally I had to have them in 96 H, I still received Nothing

Have you received anything yet as far as your reward? I am curious as I have been waiting to receive either my prize or information about such prize, but the only info from customer care was about the rules stating it takes 8-10 weeks from 5/25/22 for prizes to be fulfilled. I was approved for my prize as of June 17th, same day I got the winner email and confirmed my info....
