    I have not received my prize


    On May 6 I took 5 euros with my myvip point normally I had to have them in 96 H, I still received Nothing

    le 6 mai j'ai pris 5 euros avec mes point myvip normalement je devais les avoir dans 96 h,j'ai toujours rien reçu

    Hey MattJangoFett! Rewards can take up to 30 days from the end of the promotion to be sent out. If you have not received them after 30 days, post up a new thread so we can take a look. Thanks!

    i have completed all 3 xbox challenges in november, but i havent received my prize for it.

    They should show as pending on the rewards site and will be deposited at the end of the month.

I am curious as I have been waiting to receive either my prize or information about such prize, but the only info from customer care was about the rules stating it takes 8-10 weeks from 5/25/22 for prizes to be fulfilled.
