Did not receive Groove Tokens

I purchased 1 month of Groove Music on August 30th. As part of the Labour Day promotion, I was supposed to have received 2 3-month tokens. I have not. It took 4 tries of Customer Service help before I got the amazing Kevin S who sent me here. I'm hoping
you can help.
