i have not received my halo 5 nightfall armour

i have bought and watched the film halo nightfall and have not received the nightfall armour for the game halo 5 i wish to be given a code for the armour my gt is

Halo: MCC Nightfall wont work

Hello i just went on the Halo Channel app and went to re-watch halo nightfall because i had not received the ODST armor in halo: 5 but it says buy Nightfall even though i already bought it. What can i do to solve this problem i went on both xbox and pc and
both had the problem.

 

Halo 5 armour

I watched all the episodes of nightfall and got the Armour on the halo release date, about 2 weeks and on the later it disappeared today on the 13/12/2015 i re watched the nightfall series again and received the Armour again but only for half an hour. i
restarted my game and it was gone again. i got online with xbox support and tried out their solutions (removing the account, re-watching the series, re-installing the game and clearing persistent storage).

If anyone has had the same problem/knows the solution can you please post it to this thread.

Hmm, okay. If you haven't yet, try watching Nightfall again through the Halo Channel. You can start the episode, then fast forward to the end, start the next episode, fast forward, etc. Until you watch them all. Or queue them all up to play while you have
to clean or something. Hopefully that will trigger the unlock of the armor. Note that you won't get a REQ pack or anything for this armor, it'll show up in your collection automatically so you'll have to scroll through your unlocks to see if it's there.

If it DOESN'T pop up after watching Nightfall, do know that you can still obtain the armor through REQ packs as it is in the system as an available unlock through Gold REQ packs.
