    I have not received my Gears of war collection with my purchase of Gears of war 4


    Hello,

    After 2 IM conversations (with microsoft staff) and a post to a different part of this forum, it has been suggested that I post my issue here.

    According to: Gears of War | Xbox Games, If I purchased and redeemed Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016 then I should receive the following Xbox 360
    backward-compatible games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2*
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment
    I have not received these games. I contacted microsoft support and they confirmed that I am eligible for this promotion because I bought and started playing the game before xmas last year (about the 21st of Dec). They said to solve this issue I have to post
    here.

    Can you please help me claim this promotion.

    Hey there WonkiestTester,

    To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem a code for Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase
    of Gears of War 4. To clarify, did you purchase the game Digitally or did you purchase a Physical copy of Gears of War 4?

    If you purchased a physical copy of the game, the codes would be inside the case pf the game. Could you please clarify on that for us?

    Yes, if you buy the Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft store, you will receive all the games from the Gears of War collection. The Gears of War Ultimate Edition includes the original game and all of its DLCs, as well as the other four games in the series: Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War 4, and Gears 5.

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.
