i have not received my gears of war collection i bought gow4 on 10/19/16

i havent received my gears of war collection since i bought gears of war 4 i bought the game on 10/19/16 what is going on microsoft i see all these people with the same issue are you guys just not owning up to a sale

I still haven't received mine and I purchased it on the 6th October so you may be in for a very long wait knj85.

 

codes was sent out in waves .so you will have to wait until you get a message from xbox live with the codes.there not all sent at once .so you will get more then one message. it can take a month or two to get them. it was the same with the gears of war Ultimate
Edition. before part 4 came out.

 

I also didn't receive the codes yet. I bought the system on 31 October. I contacted support and they said I already should have it by now. I have to make a topic here to get the codes.

 

Nope as support doesn't always keep up to date with promotions you can check the info at the gears of war 4 landing page

They are sent out in waves and can take up to a month before you can receive them

 

I bought my console bundle on October 6 and still not a single code.

 

Have you checked if you met the terms and conditions?

Over 18 account this means if you have parental settings you don't qualify

You cannot change the age of an account either

 

the perfect demon one month will be the 19th and the other person will be the 30th

The fine print says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment ] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+ " -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?
