I have not received my download code for Ryse Legendary Edition

I purchased x box live through my xbox with the promotion to get a download code for Ryse Legendary Edition free but I am yet to receive this. When will i get this code in my messages?

I clicked on the ad on the xbox one home page to get Ryse the legendary edition for my first purchase of xbox live, but I have not received my code yet. Can you help me out?

Recently I saw an advertisement to go gold and receive the game Ryse: legendary edition. I decided to give xbox live a try again. multiple weeks later I still have not received the code that was advertised for getting xbox live.
