    I have looked in the Xbox Console Companion App and Xbox
    (Beta)     app on Windows 10 and I have not received any codes there or received any emails with the code.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes

    Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
    the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

    I do not have access to a xbox console as I got the game pass unlimited for my PC.
    They are just ignoring support requests from non-console users which talk about not receiving the codes by mail or Xbox Beta/Companion App; i would recommend just cancelling game pass if you were using it only for discord/spotify premium.
