I have not received my coupon codes. why?

No Coupon for Trade In

I filled at the form for trade for the 100 coupon for x-box 360 trade in and sent it out and have still not received the promotional code.

 

Gamestop Trade in to Xbox One COUPON

Has anybody purchased from Gamestop and received the coupon to trade in the X360 version for the Xbox One version for $9.99? I purchased the 360 version this morning at the store using my Power Ups Reward Number but have not received this coupon yet.

Has anybody else had any better luck?

 

Support will check on your EA Access code (keep in mind you should receive it about 7-10 days after purchase), but the Gears codes have not been sent out yet. Thise will go out closer to launch.

Where and when did you purchase the games listed in your post? Could those games have been purchased on a different Xbox Live account? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from
the Microsoft Commerce page. You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot!

Regarding Gears of War 4, those codes will be sent out closer to the release of Gears of War 4. We do not have any additional information to share regarding the timeline of when those codes will begin to send.
