I have not received my code for 3 months free on groove music despite promotion

I was told that i would get a code for 3 free months of groove music upon expiration of 1 month trial, as long as I signed up before dec 31st. I did sign up before dec 31st and yet i just received an email saying i would be charged for auto renewal, with
no mention of 3 month free code.

haven't received my 3-month promo code

I have signed up for groove music pass during promotion, haven't received the email containing my 3-month free promo code.

signed up Feb 24th 2017, got charged on April 8th.

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?
