I have not received my additional content for buying Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Edition..

Where did you purchase Battlefield 1? If you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store, the Deluxe Content will already be included in the game and would not be sent out via Xbox Live message or email. If you own the digital version of Battlefield 1 Early
Enlister Edition, you can locate this content by highlighting the game's tile, pressing the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Manage game. From there, locate the Ready to install section to install any pending
DLC.

If you purchased the physical copy through a 3rd party retailer, including the Microsoft Store, you will want to reach out to them for further assistance with receiving the Deluxe Edition content.

Could you post back the specific content you're seeking? Apart from 1 Month EA Access codes being sent out for pre-order customers via Xbox Live Message, all additional content that comes with the Early Enlister Edition is in-game assuming this was purchased
digitally through the Xbox Store. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller, and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC.

It's best to post in the Rewards forums for assistance, but there has not been a rewards offer to receive 8,000 credits for that game. During the Battlefield offer in September, The deluxe edition was not included. Only the standard edition and early enlister
versions were eligible for credits.

Okay, i did purchase bf1 from my xbox on the xbox store. But then it must be some type of glitch because i have not gotten my deluxe content, how can i solve this then?
