Halo 5 Pre-Order Bonus

I never received the 15000 points on my account for pre-ordering Halo 5.

 

Rewards not deposited for march missions

so i completed the march mission which was to pre-order any game on the set list and get 5000 rewards credits for each pre-order up to 15000. I pre-ordered dbz fighter, monster hunter world and sword art online which were all on the list. The mission page
confirmed i pre-ordered these games and confiremed that i did earn 15000 rewards points. The deposit date came and points from vip gems and surveys , etc were deposited but the mission points were not there.i chatted with an online rep who couldnt find anything
on if i completed the missions or not. I called and was sent here. Can i have my points plz

 

Keep in mind that the credits for that offer are given after all 3 games have been released.

 

oh so they're deposited after Injustice is releases?

And am I correct in saying that these 3 do qualify for that games on demand credit?

 

Support will double check that all 3 were eligible, but if they were then yes, you would receive the credits after Injustice is released.
