I have not received my 1000 apex coins yet!

On April 14, I bought the 3-month xbox live gold offer for 9.99 Euro. This offer should include 1000 apex coins. These should be handed out as an xbox live message by June 30th. Now we have the 9th
of July and I have not got the apex coins yet.

I bought 1000 apex coins, I have now restarted my apex and xbox multiple times and have not received the coins, How can I contact xbox and get my coins or get my money back (I have hit refund limit)

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Try selecting account management,

Then charges on my account, then down to step four which will have contact options. If the offices are open in your time zone, you can request a call. It will give you opening office times there.

I have not received my 1000 apex coins yet!
