    I have not received codes for Rainbow Six Seige purchase


    I have not received my game codes for Vegas Six 1 or 2. I have talked to everyone from Ubisoft to Xbox.com support they referred me to Xbox support. I got forwarded to 3 different people at MS store support, wasted over 2 hrs on the phone waiting only to
    get Hung up on! I purchased RS Seige right from my xbox, it was my first digital download purchase and will probably be my last Because this run a round has been crazy!

    I stumbled on this support forum on my own no thanks to anyone from Xbox, MS!

    Is there anybody here that can help me to get the codes that were promised to me for purchasing the game? The ONlY reason I even bought RS Siege was to get the Vegas Games!

    Sorry for the ranting, Thank you for any & all help/ suggestions.

    Sorry to hear that you have not received your codes yet! Just to clarify, when did you purchase Rainbow Six Siege? It will take 7-10 days for you to receive your codes for Vegas 1 and 2. If it has been over 10 days, be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    Thanks, actually I received the codes today. Although, it seems as though they may not have worked. They appeared in my XB1 message box and I clicked on redeem code for both. It took me through the purchase process & said the content has been purchased &
    would show up in my games & apps section to download. But, neither have appeared yet for download? Is there usually a wait time for it to refresh & show up? This is truly frustrating!

    Glad to hear that you have received your codes! Have you checked to see if Vegas shows in your Ready To Install section? If not check on the right side of My Games & Apps under the games tab. Thanks!

    Heya moparman2112!

    Have you tried a quick power cycle on your console to see if the content shows for you? If you haven't yet, hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then turn it back on.

    The Power cycle did the trick, rebooted & they showed right up; Dowloading Vegas 1 & 2 now!

    Hello, I received both of the messages with my pre-order of rainbow six seige and got two codes for Vegas one. I need a valid code for rainbow six Vegas two and was told to post here to recieve one by Xbox support.
