I have not received any rewards credits for 1 year

Not received any reward credits for a year now. I always buy my games digital. And have xvox live gold

Also star rank has dropped for 3 to 1

Reward credits not being earned for recent purchases.

I purchased Skyrim Definitive Edition on release day and Battlefield 1 last week and have not received any reward credits for my purchases. I also preordered a digital copy of WWE 2k17 in September and never received any credits for that either. Is there
a problem with my rewards account?

Have not received any credits

I have been an Xbox Live rewards member for years. For some reason I have not received any this year, even though I pre ordered several games. Please help me get my credits

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you earned your first star in June, you will start receiving payback for your MyVIP eligible, non-offer purchases. MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Also the previous rewards was 3,000 credits for a year of gold.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

Now is on Injustice2 reward, I bought it and no points rewarded.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.
