    Still Waiting For Quantum Break Pre-order Codes

    i pre-ordered QB 3/3/16 and i have not received any codes.

    i have been waiting 7 weeks for these codes.

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Sorry for the frustrations. Official forum support will return on Monday.

    Hi discosrcher404. I hate to disappoint you but many have been waiting weeks for various QB codes to come through. Despite many promises we're still waiting. My advice is to contact MS directly but don't hold your breath for any meaningful response.

    Don't hold your breath. Quite a few of us have been waiting weeks for various codes having bought Quantum Break as a pre order from the MS store. The missing codes relate to Alan Wake and American Nightmare as well as QB win 10 codes.
