    Hello leolandiadcxbox,

    That purchase went toward the November "Robo Rewards" offer. Since you cannot be awarded twice for a purchase, you were not awarded MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete the offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits.

    There is not a box on MyRewards to click to request early deposit. The green box is blank?

    The deposits I have listed under 'Pending Credits' are even from 2 years ago - 6/2/14 3,000 credits; 11/25/14 1,000 credits and 12/6/16 is 30,000 credits - none of these have deposited period? Thank you
