I have not received a code for Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime

On June 29, I purchased a 12-month subscription for 20% off. The promo page I purchased the subscription from said that I would also receive a code for a copy of Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. I believe the promo ended on July 30, which is now 7 weeks
ago, and I still have not received a code for my copy of the game.

I already chatted with support on this, and they told me to expect the code around 6 weeks after the promotion ended, I believe they told me around September 18th, so I waited until now to post in the forum.

I would love to play this game, please let me know if you can help!

Two Support Agents in chat gave me different dates as to when I could expect the code or email, to no avail.

The third chat support agent directed me your way.

 

Did not receive code for free copy of Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime

After contacting chat support, Glen suggested I post here to make it known that I have not received a free code to download Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime. I purchased an XBox Gold membership, and the promotional materials said I would receive the game
for free. Help!
