I have not received 15k bonus points for purchasing personalized controller

The credits should show as pending 15 days after the controller ships.

The problem seems to have been resolved, about 24 hours after purchase the punch card is now showing correctly and I have now received my 5000 bonus points. Stay Safe!

I purchased some Microsoft Points and downloaded some Left for dead 2, DLC, and expected to receive the Xbox live rewards bonus for making my first purchase on the market place , but saw nothing . someone please help ...

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a yearly maintenance that occurred on the servers that we use that caused processing to be delayed by a day or so. The Credits are now pending in your account as of the 20th.

since I am going all Digital can I pre-order it on XBL, and still get the rewards points or have to purchase it from the Microsoft.com store to get the points?

I think you need to order via the MicrosoftStore.com website for that, if they are still doing that offer - but do they sell digital downloads at their retail stores? I did the 15k points when I preordered Just Dance 2015 on a disc; I don't recall having
a digital option.

Btw, do you already have your Rewards page activated? It took them about two weeks to get mine set up initially, and it seems to update slowly. It's only been a week, but I still haven't seen that 15k points dropped into my account yet. Slowpoke.
