I have not received 15,000 reward credits for my pre order of Titanfall 2 digital

I posted the same question 3 days ago and received a reply today that it is for the physical copy only. The thread is now locked for me to reply.

According to the FAQ....

"Which Xbox Store content is eligible for this offer?This offer is only open to featured Xbox One digital titles in the Xbox Store. In order to qualify for the punchcard, games must be from our approved list of eligible titles, be pre-ordered during the
offer period, and be pre-ordered BEFORE their release date. Please note that as these are digital titles, many become available for download the night BEFORE the release date, so your order must be received before the release time shown on the individual product
pages. Title availability is subject to region. Featured games include:

Mafia III, Release Date: October 7

WWE 2K17, Release Date: October 10

DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2, Release Date: October 25

Titanfall 2, Release Date: October 28 ".

I believe that I qualify for the 15,000 credit. I pre ordered on OCT. 17, 2016.

Tekken 7 digital deluxe pre-order

I pre-ordered my digital deluxe version of Tekken 7 about a month ago. My question is why haven't I received the 15,000 rewards credits shown in Xbox Live rewards for that title pre-order?

Xbox Live Rewards - Pre-order rewards request

In Aug 15th, 2016, I received an email from XBox Live Rewards with the promotion to obtain 15,000 for the early pre-order games. So, I did buy Titanfall 2, with order number below:

Order date: August 15, 2016

I have received the game, but my 15,000 credits are still missing.

Would you help me to check when I will receive them?

I have all emails to confirm this order & promotion.

Have you preordered 2 other games to complete the punch card? You need to purchase a total of 3 eligible games to complete that offer and receive the 15,000 credits.

Hello Drunatic,

This is the only source for up to date support on Xbox Live Rewards offers. As stated previously, the only offer that would have awarded a digital pre-order of Titanfall 2 with 15,000 Credits would have been the MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. However,
since your purchase was not made from this storefront, it was not eligible for that offer.

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.
