I have not received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7 for the Forza 7 mission and was told to post here.

FM7 Pre-Order Haven't received 10 virtual keys or 5,000 credits

I pre-ordered Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition on September 12th and haven't received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering. I purchased the game on the Microsoft Store with my account linked to my gamertag. I also haven't received the 5,000 credits to
my account for the pre-order.

Forza Motorsports 7 Virtual Keys

I am not receiving the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza Motorsports 7, which I have. I am also not receiving the 5 virtual keys for playing a previous Forza Game for atleast 1 hour. I have played every single Forza game for far more than an hour each.
I have been an xbox live member for nearly 12 years now. I would like to get this fixed.

Hi Metalplex. We do not see a Forza 8 Pre-Order purchase on the Microsoft account associated with this Gamertag. Purchases had to be made from the Xbox Store to qualify.

Hi! This is from the Faqs:

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.

it does not say that on the webpage and there is this from the official rules "Pre-order or Purchase the digital format of Forza Motorsport 7 (Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate Edition):

Pre-order: By October 2, 2017"
