Hi i have created 2 posts i've been chasin this up since oct 2016 as i joined the reward system to date i have spent over £1600 on the store and been told by many representative's about the rewards % seems i've been passed from person to person with miss
leading info calling the store finally being told that i have to post within a forum which i did and a kind being then pointing them me to this forum i'd like to have my account viewed to see why the reward system has not rewarded me or again wrong information
about the store percentage reward

No credits from store purchases

As the time gets closer to the switch I looked.. I have gotten no credit for any of my microsoft store purchases. Just this month I made some purchases, nothing. Then looking back over the course of time I have never gotten any credit for purchases through
the store.

I have not been receiving any of my credits.

I have not received my credits for my xbox live subscription or any of my purchases in the store.

Hello RDOTCV,

We do not see any support posts on this forum for this gamertag. This is the only forum to receive support for this program. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Since an overwhelming majority
of your purchases have been FIFA points, those were not eligible for our program. In-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, nor have FIFA points been in any offers. From our FAQ:

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar

in my purchase history it says that i purchased it but it says that i dont own it in the store

The game should show as free to purchase from the store. If it doesn't show as free, post back so support can check.

Is the account that purchased the content logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows? In the upper right corner, you can check this out, then look for the DLC in the store and see if it gives you the option to install.

We do not see that you have completed any missions, challenges, gone up any MyAchievement tiers, or earned 1000 gamerscore. In addition, your one purchase is not eligible for Gems, as it is not a MyVIP eligible purchase, since it is a consumable. From the
FAQ:

I tried purchasing L4D2 DLC through that website, it took me all the way to the purchase confirm processing screen with green lines going in circles then telling me the purchase cannot be confirmed to try again later, i even tried in the game, it took me to the confirm purchase button but just says premium content is blocked for this profile and to go to my privacy settings."

No, i purchased L4D2 physical copy from amazon because there is no digital version on the console store. i have tried two ways to purchase the DLC for the game, in the game i tried there, i then followed threads on this site to the xbox.com store. neither of them will let me purchase but they are up for sale both in game, in the xbox.com store, excluding the console store for the DLC because it just says not available as it did for L4D2 when i tried to get it on the console store. i want DLC, like said i tried two options and nothing.
